Mold making
Precise equipment, superb technology, excellent materials, and careful design have created precise molds. In order to ensure the leading position in the industry, the company took the lead in introducing CHMER precision wire cutting equipment (water immersion and water spray dual-purpose), and currently has Taiwan precision grinding machines, EDM electrical discharge machines, and CNC wire cutting machines, which have laid a solid foundation for the development and manufacture of precision molds. At present, a series of PITCH 0.50mm mobile phone and computer connectors have been developed, which are deeply trusted by customers.
Design
Under the framework of ISO9001:2000 and ISO/TS 16949 quality management system, the factory design department has the ability to independently design molds according to customer samples or drawings. The engineering design uses 3D software to carry out mold design and three-dimensional simulation at the same time. Combined with years of experience in design, plastic mold development, and molding and injection, the developed mold has the advantages of high precision, high efficiency, and long life. Not only that, in the process of new product development, institutional engineers set up special personnel to fully control the progress of each development project until the new product is approved for mass production to achieve customer satisfaction.
Machining
In order to ensure the leading position in the industry, we took the lead in introducing CHMER and MITSIBISHI precision wire cutting equipment (water immersion and water jet dual-purpose), and currently owns precision forming grinders (GRINDING MACHINE), spark machines (EDM), CNC wire cutting machines (WIRE CUT MACHINE), Precision computer gongs (CNC MACHINING CENTER) and other supporting mold processing equipment have laid a solid foundation for the development and manufacture of precision molds. At present, a series of PITCH 0.50mm mobile phone and computer connectors have been developed, which are deeply trusted by customers.
